Phelps for the Fort Hosts Holiday Block Leave in Rolla for Soldiers Who Didn’t Go Home for Christmas
Rolla (12/23/2025) One of Phelps for the Fort’s most meaningful traditions is participating in Holiday Block Leave, an annual event dedicated to supporting and thanking soldiers who are unable to travel home for Christmas.
