Russell House: Response to Domestic and Sexual Violence provides services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their children in Phelps, Maries, Dent, and Crawford counties. All Russell House services are free, confidential, and include emergency shelter, court/legal advocacy, crisis intervention, hospital/medical advocacy, counseling, support groups, transportation, safety planning, and case management. If you or a loved one needs help, advocates are available 24/7 by calling the Russell House crisis line at 800-998-8340.
