DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:  This is manual work in the performance of semi-skilled and skilled tasks of a physically demanding nature in support of the City Traffic Crew.  An employee in this class does semi-skilled and skilled manual labor to provide assistance in the maintenance and repair of the City facilities.   
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited High School or successful completion of a GED examination and one year experience in the operation of light construction equipment; or an equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:  Must possess a valid Missouri Drivers License.
