General Manager

Public House in Rolla is currently looking for a General Manager. The GM is responsible for the overall performance of the taproom and restaurant, with a primary focus on day-to-day operations, front of house leadership and driving guest satisfaction. The GM will uphold strong community-driven culture while implementing structure, accountability, and operational excellence. This individual will lead with integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion for craft beer and hospitality.
