Leadership Responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor Direct Support Professionals
• Ensure quality care and compliance
• Manage schedules and secure coverage
• Administer medication
• Attend consumer plan meetings
• Maintain documentation and reporting
• Transport consumers and support daily living activities
• Lead team meetings and in-house training
You will set the tone for professionalism, compassion, and excellence.
 
Schedule
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
 
Salary & Growth
**Monthly Salary:** $2,998.67 – $3,700.00
Based on experience
 
**Annual performance-based raises**

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with disabled and/or elderly individuals preferred
