Store Manager

Phelps Connections for Seniors is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of its new thrift shop, which will be housed within the Phelps Connections site and attached to the new senior center. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and managing a retail business, working a POS system, and supervising and scheduling floor staff. This person will also  oversee procedures for accepting, sorting and discarding donations.
A college degree in business is strongly preferred, though a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.
