Key Responsibilities:

As an Auto Detailer/Service Porter, your duties will include:

• Vehicle Operations: Safely handle and park vehicles around the dealership.
• Vehicle Cleaning: Clean vehicles inside and out using appropriate techniques and cleaning agents.
• Interior Detailing: Learn to recondition vehicle interiors under the guidance of experienced detailers.
• Parts Logistics: Transport parts from the Parts Department to the Service Team.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide courteous pickup and drop-off services for customer vehicles.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles for defects or imperfections, ensuring high standards are maintained.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep the dealership lot, service drive, and waiting areas clean and organized.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to optimize workflow and support departmental operations.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable and ready to take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive service, detailing, or customer service is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no suspensions in the last 5 years.
• A genuine interest in automobiles and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle customer and dealership property with care.
