Maintenance Worker
The Housing Authority of the City of Rolla, MO is seeking a responsible, self-motivated, and dependable maintenance worker (position title - Maintenance Technician/Mechanic) to join our team.
Desired minimum qualifications include: Graduation from high school or GED equivalent Valid Missouri Driver’s License; Class F (Class E preferred) Must be insurable under the Housing Authority’s Vehicle Insurance Policy Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

This position requires performing various maintenance tasks to keep rental units, buildings, and grounds in a safe and clean condition. Duties may include performing repairs to damaged walls, doors, floors, plumbing, electrical, drywall/mudding, replacement of cove base, and painting. The majority of the work for this position will be performed indoors. Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus. Employees in this position report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with possible rotating on-call duties (nights and weekends) as assigned.
